Refund policy

Purchases from our online store (www.gmca.cy):

The return of the product can be made to the GMCA store within 14 working days from the day of the withdrawal request, together with the receipt. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt or delivery. 

We do NOT accept returns on products that are special order.

We do NOT accept returns on toilet seats for reasons of hygiene.

It is noted that responsibility and any costs incurred for returning the product back to the store are borne by the buyer. 

The product will be checked by our company's Technical Department within a reasonable period of time, and if it meets the criteria below, you will be able to receive a refund for the value of your purchase. Any shipping fees are not refundable.

Criteria:

- The original packaging includes all products and accessories

- The original packaging, the product, and the included accessories have not been damaged or altered*.

 

*Our products are all checked before their delivery and a special seal is added to the box. In case the SEAL of the product is teared the product cannot be returned and you lose your 14 days withdrwal from the purchase rights.

  However, if during the inspection, it is found that any of the above criteria are not met, and that the product has been used by the customer to a point beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the product, then the customer will not be entitled to a refund and the company will NOT accept the return of the product.

The above policy applies only to physical entities. In case of a legal entity the 14-day return policy does not apply.
